危包证主要2个方面，性能证和使用证。性能证比较简单，一般提供包装的正规厂家都可以出具；使用证则比较复杂，要用性能证去生产危险品工厂的当地商检局申请，在商检局检查过用此包装的产品合格后，就可以拿到使用证了。不过使用证的申请比较麻烦，各地商检局的规定都不是很一样的，可以去工厂的当地商检局去咨询下。

　　危包证的办理

　　大体步骤如此: 根据公司签订的产品购销合同情况备齐以下材料到当地商检局办理危包使用证：根据你的产品实际性质包装情况要各包装生产厂家提供《中华人民共和国出入境检验检疫局出境货物运输包装性能检验结果单》、出口危险货物生产企业声明要求法人签字加盖公章、出境危险货物包装厂厂检单（本公司）加盖公章、与需方签订的购销合同复印件到商检局申请报检危包使用表格，按照商检局的系列程序走完即可得到危包证（其中商检局的有关工作人员可能到你的生产企业现场逐一落实情况这也属于例行公事）。这样即可顺利出货进仓完成你的产品销售工作。

What’s DG Packing Certificate?

DG Packing Certificate mainly has two aspects: performance certification and using permit. performance certification is common and the general

manufactures can provide, using permit is a lillite complicated, apply to localCommodity Inspection Bureau of matufacturing factory with performance

License, using permit can obtained after the Commodity Inspection Bureau  has exaimed. However, the process of application is not easy, and the       provisions are different from different Commodity Inspection Bureau.

    The process of apply

     General steps: Take the following relative dates of product purchase and sales contracts and apply to local Commodity Inspection Bureau: according to the actualcharacteristics and require the manufactures provide " DG Packing Certificate ", coporation declaration of  dangerous export goods (requires corporate signature), packaging inspection of dangerous export goods (the Company) with the official seal, and a DG packing certificate form which is applied with copy of purchase and sales contracts, which is signed wirh demand side. After the Series of Processor, DG packing certificate can be obtained ( some staff of Commodity Inspection Bureau will go to the product site and implementate, but it is the routine,which is helpful for the sale).
